John and I began traveling out of the country in 1997. Our
first missions trip was to Haiti. We traveled with a team from
our church which consisted of 4 adults and 11 teenagers. It
was a very challenging trip but we were infected with the
missionary bug. Since that time we have led several other
teams overseas to various places. In 2001 we led a team to
Tijuana; in 2005 a team to El Salvador and in 2007 a team
to Zambia, Africa . Each trip had its own blessings and
challenges, but our trip to El Salvador forever has changed
our lives. After many years of praying for direction the Lord
has opened a door for us to Central America.
It will be our privilege to work with King’s Castle Ministry
serving the people of El Salvador.

Ministry produces, delivers food worldwide
Last year, Gleanings for the Hungry ministry produced 4 million pounds of food for partnering churches and missions agencies. As part of their partnership, Convoy of Hope transports donated goods to Gleanings for the Hungry and they transport the final product to Convoy of Hope — this allows both agencies to help feed the hungry.
